Return & Cancellation Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges beyond this 7-day window.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any opened products, or on personal use items such as derma rollers or microneedling tools, regardless of condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your package. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
All returned merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.

Please note the following:

• Kbeautyderm.com reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return conditions.
• We are not responsible for return shipping costs or the original shipping fee.
• Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping cost, once the returned items have been received and inspected.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel any unshipped order at any time for a full refund.
Please contact our customer service team at contact us page to request a cancellation.
Please note: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
