Return & Cancellation Policy
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges beyond this 7-day window.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any opened products, or on personal use items such as facial massage device, derma rollers or microneedling tools, regardless of condition. We do not accept damaged products and all products must be return in its original condition.
We take great care in packaging and shipping all orders to ensure they arrive safely. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that any loss or damage occurring during transit is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. In the event that a package arrives damaged, the buyer is responsible for obtaining official evidence from the shipping carrier confirming that the shipment associated with the provided tracking number was damaged or lost during transit.
This documentation may include, but is not limited to:
- A formal damage or lost report issued by the shipping company
- Written confirmation referencing the tracking number
- Inspection or claim documentation from the carrier
We do offer exchange for damaged product, buyer must submit the confirmation referencing the tracking number from the shipping company. Item must be return to us for exchange. The buyer must submit this evidence when requesting any review or assistance regarding a damaged product. We do not offer replacements or refunds for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery, including those left at a front door, mailbox, lobby, or other delivery location. To help prevent delivery issues, we strongly encourage customers to choose secure delivery options or locations when available, shipping insurance is an option at checkout.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your package. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
All returned merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
Please note the following:
- Kbeautyderm.com reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return conditions.
- We are not responsible for return shipping costs and the original shipping fee. All return will be deduct a 15% re-stocking fee.
- Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping cost, once the returned items have been received and inspected.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel any unshipped order at any time for a full refund.

Please note: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
